Ken Ikeda has served as CEO of AIR since May 2019. He's also executive producer for the Asian American podcast, Self Evident, which is produced by the creative agency he co-founded, Studiotobe. Ikeda is warning public media outlets that shared values and mission statements are no longer enough, trust will have to be built between talent and management.
