The News Director is the strategic leader and chief editor of WHRO/V’s local and regional journalism operation, overseeing news staff, production, and output of local and regional journalism on all platforms.

ideastream, a Cleveland-based multiple media organization and home to Ohio’s largest PBS, NPR, and classical radio stations, seeks an energetic and responsible individual to join The Ohio Channel team in Columbus to serve as a part-time Media Assistant to assist with the production and archiving of public affairs content.

KCBX Central Coast Public Radio seeks a strong and encouraging leader to be our next full-time news director (ND), and grow the news department at one of the most respected media outlets on California’s Central Coast. The ND will lead the planning, production and presentation of news on all KCBX platforms, including on air and online. The ND will also serve a community engagement function to connect with and inform the KCBX audience.
