GET YOUR VOTER GUIDE READY BEFORE ELECTION DAY
Book your scoping call now!
Voters need a simple, trustworthy way to see who's on their ballot. For many communities, that should come from their local public media station, but pulling together accurate candidate research and laying it out on your site takes time most newsrooms don't have.
Editor Corps can help you get a voter guide live before Election Day, without the heavy lift.
You'll work one-on-one with Erica Peterson, an Editor Corps editor with hands-on experience building voter guides, covering everything from candidate data to page layout and embeds that work right on your site.
This isn't just about getting a guide done the 2026 general election. It's about giving your newsroom a repeatable process for next time.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Book a free 30-minute scoping call with Erica to talk through what your station needs.
Erica sends a scope of work with the total estimated hours.
Once the scope is agreed, PMJA invoices your station at your Editor Corps rate.
You and Erica build the guide together, and she walks your team through the process so you have a template for next time.
THE DETAILS
Any PMJA member News Organization can request voter guide consulting through Editor Corps.
Not a member? Join today!
Your rate is based on your newsroom size, the same sliding scale used across Editor Corps.
Stations are invoiced in full for the agreed scope of work before the project begins. If your project ends up running more than 10% over the original scope, Erica will flag it before doing any additional work, and PMJA will send a supplemental invoice for the extra hours.
