It’s time to kick-off preparing your sessions for the 2023 conference in San Antonio!

Join this brief 30 minute webinar about building your conference presentation and information about the conference itself.

Here’s the agenda for the webinar:

1. Welcome
2. 2023 Conference Details and Schedule - 5 mins
   • Conference Venue (Texas Public Radio) & Conference Hotel (Drury Plaza Hotel)
   • Schedule and tentative session time slots
3. Deadline Timelines - 5 mins
   • Deadlines to submit headshots, bios, session materials, etc.
4. Session Development and Presentation Format - 5 minutes
   • A brief overview of what a PMJA breakout session looks like
5. PMJA Conference App - 5 minutes
   • The conference app is still in development; however we will walk you through what you need to submit regarding your session.
6.  Registering your profile on the PMJA website - 5 minutes
   • All presenters will need to set up a profile on the PMJA website. We’ll show you how.
7. Questions? 10-15 mins
