Elise Gregg

Elise Catrion Gregg is the Community Engagement Reporter for Gulf States Newsroom and Mississippi Public Broadcasting. She earned her B.S. in Digital Journalism and her M.S. in Criminal Justice, both from Florida International University. She was editor-in-chief of the university student newspaper, PantherNOW, for two years. During those two years she interned for the Miami Herald and WLRN, South Florida public radio. She was also a member of the Carnegie-Knight News21 2023 cohort, covering America a year after the reversal of Roe v. Wade.
