Michael Fanelli

Michael currently works as the News Director of KRBD public radio in Ketchikan, Alaska, but he was previously the statewide Morning Edition host out of Anchorage. He did a good deal of reporting there, following the economics beat with a focus on energy/environment and transportation.

Michael got his start in public radio at LA station KCRW, where he worked for five years before packing up his car and heading north to Alaska. In his free time, he enjoys getting outside and exploring all that Alaska has to offer.
