Trinity Johnson

I’m a Mass Communication major at Xavier University of Louisiana, concentrating in multimedia with a minor in Entrepreneurship. I currently serve as Editor-in-Chief of The Herald, Xavier’s student-run newspaper, where I lead editorial strategy and champion emerging voices. My media experience spans reporting, broadcast production, and brand communications, and I’ve appeared as an on-air guest at WBOK, a New Orleans-based radio station. I’m especially passionate about interviewing—connecting with people, sharing their stories, and bringing new perspectives to light. I’m eager to keep growing my skills in public media and am excited to be part of PMJA’s Opening Doors program, where I look forward to learning from and connecting with public media professionals across the country.
