PMJA Event Cancellation Policy
PMJA does not offer refunds for event registrations, however registrations can be transferred to another attendee at the same organization. If you need to change the registration to another attendee, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registrations that include multiple events or tickets may only be used by the registered attendee. For example, a full conference registration that includes an awards dinner ticket may only be used by the registrant and cannot be split with another attendee.
PMJA may cancel pre-conference sessions or other events at its sole discretion due to low registration or other circumstances. Registration fees will be credited to the payee's account for future registrations or renewals.
In the rare circumstance that a refund is issued, the payment will be made by check less a 10% processing charge.
