PMJA Event Registration & Cancellation Policy
Event and Workshop Registration:
- Cancellations: We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel your registration for an event, workshop, or pre-conference session, please contact us at info@pmja.org as soon as possible. Unfortunately, refunds are not offered unless the event is cancelled by PMJA (see below).
- Transfers: You can transfer your registration to another attendee from the same organization. To do this, please email info@pmja.org with the new attendee's name and contact information.
Multiple Event/Ticket Registrations:
Registrations that include multiple events or tickets (e.g., conference registration with an awards dinner) cannot be split amongst attendees. The entire registration must be used by the original registrant.
Pre-Conference Session and Workshop Cancellation:
PMJA reserves the right to cancel pre-conference sessions and workshops due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, your registration fee will be automatically credited to your account for use towards future PMJA registrations or renewals.
Workshop Recordings and Refunds:
Our workshops are designed to be interactive experiences and will not be recorded. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for workshop cancellations or no-shows.
Transferring Your Workshop Registration:
If you're unable to attend your registered workshop, you can transfer your registration to another attendee by emailing info@pmja.org with the new attendee's name at least 10 business days before the workshop.
Rescheduling Your Workshop Attendance:
If you'd like to attend the same workshop on a different date (subject to availability), please submit a request to change your registration at least 10 business days before the originally scheduled workshop. Contact info@pmja.org for rescheduling options.
Exceptions (Rare Cases):
In very limited circumstances, a refund may be issued at PMJA's discretion. If a refund is granted, it will be processed by check with a 10% processing fee deducted.
