NPR

You can go ahead and make your reservations at our conference hotel, The Morrow, located a mere third of a mile from NPR.  We know how much you loved last year's hotel, so we made sure that breakfast is included in your room rate!

Book your room now

Just a heads up that rooms are a little pricey this year, and finding availability might be tough since things are booking fast.

To help out, we've created the Slack channel #pmja2024-dc-at-npr specifically for attendees to connect and potentially find roommates!

Here's how it can work for you:

  • Looking for a roommate? Post a message in the #pmja2024-dc-at-npr channel with your details (arrival/departure dates, preferred hotel area, budget, etc.).
  • Have an extra space? Let others know in the channel if you're open to sharing your room.

By working together, we can make #PMJA2024 more affordable and ensure everyone who wants to attend can!

PMJA welcomes conference attendees whether they’re at the start of their career journey or are already established in the field.

You'll meet and connect with public media professionals representing stations of all shapes and sizes from around the nation.  Attendees include:

  • News Directors
  • Reporters
  • Producers
  • Hosts
  • Editors
  • Content Directors
  • Audience Engagement specialists
  • General Managers
  • And others supporting the field like freelancers, educators, consultants and vendors
