We want to focus attention on how individuals and organizations in public media journalism can work together to support, empower and advocate for the field and each other. "Collaborate & Connect" is a call to move forward together and act in concrete ways that make public media journalism more accessible, equitable and inclusive to everyone regardless of their background, experience, or level of access to resources.

It is a call to support one another to improve and excel in their work and to create and cultivate pathways to support diverse leadership in public media.

Our goal is to facilatate conversations that advance efforts to work together with concern for care and equity, building strength at the individual, organizational and community level.
